Either Incompetent mechanics or repair scam the last 4 times I’ve been in
RecommendedExcellent service today. Everyone is polite, facility is clean and I was taken care of quickly and my issues were fixed perfectly.
Everybody there at the 9W location. were very helpful. I had gone back a few times trying to decide which vehicle I liked the best. And, with them having the prices on the vehicles was a Big Help for me. I highly recommend this place..
Worst customer service ever. Rude, disrespectful And very arrogant. If ur looking to buy a Honda go anywhere but morehead Honda. A bunch of classless people who think Honda’s are the most desirable car.
I was considering purchasing a 2017 CRV Touring and gave them a deposit in the form of a personal check. After checking with my credit union, I decided not to buy the car now and wait until Spring when prices go down a bit. Yesterday morning I informed my sales person, Aaron Kent, of my decision and told him I’d like to pick up my check. He said he would check with his boss and get back to me. Never heard from him!
