When its time for a new car.. of course i get a little nervous. So I went to Morehead and was surprised at how simple my salesperson Frank Quinones made this process for me. Frank was very knowledgeable about EVERY car I made him test drive with me and was flexible with the times I could pick up my new car! Most unethical and unprofessional dealership I have had the displeasure to deal with. They sold 2 cars that I had a deposit. Not just once but twice! Two different vehicles with my signature on paperwork and money down. I am now waiting to find out if they ran my credit after telling me they wouldn’t do that until I came in to purchase. Oh and note I was paying listed price on both vehicles and they still sold them despite my paperwork and deposit. It was time for a new car and of course Morehead Honda was my choice as I previously bought 2 other cars there. My salesperson Frankie G was very knowledgeable with a great ease and pleasantness to his customer service. I will say Frankie was the best salesperson I ever dealt with buying a car and I have bought several. He was most definitely interested in my being a satisfied customer buying my new CRV. i bought 4 new cars from them since 2012 when I went last week to check my pilot for a scratch on my car no one can help me especialy the sales people no one care although I bought a plan called "Glasscoat" that cost me over $600 when i bought my car i will not deal with them no more they are scam
Today we picked up our 2017 Honda Civic and they were absolutely amazing! They walked us through each and every step! Alonzo was super helpful and Mark was very thorough. At no point did we feel pressured or confused! I will come back here for every car I need!
