All the care staff are lovely and do a fantastic job, The domestic staff care about their work , and it’s reflected in the cleanliness of the building.A nice place for loved ones.Sheena is an experienced asset to the home; Very welcoming and supportive. I have recently lost my Mum, and she was very understanding of the gravity of my loss.

i would definitely recommend this home for anyone with relatives who need constant care, the staff are so dedicated to providing the best possible care and cannot do enough, we had a elderly aunt with dementia and they catered to her every need, unfortunately she suffered from a major stroke and was sent back to woodhill for end of life palliative care, the staff allowed us to be with her for the whole 12 days we were given support, privacy and even affection, having spent the 12 days in the home constantly we were able to s... read more
