I been since September trying to get my mortgage sorted. I can write a book they are rude, arrogant, im trying go remove a person from the title deed that is costing me a fortune. The mortgage work is already paying them too . Their job is apollen everything can go wrong is wrong they have not a clue of what they are doing. Not a competent service or worthy of your business if you have the option. unfortunately our new mortgage lender uses them so we had no say in it, but no part of our dealing with them met the bare minimum of what you would expect from legal services. Don't expect a quick turnaround, replies to ANY queries via email or voicemail, or any decent service in general. They ignored 4 emails and 2 voicemails over the course of a few weeks, and only received our first correspondence from them when things had finally went through.
