Before my visit to the service center yesterday I had no problem with this dealership however, I took my car in for oil change & tire rotation. When it was finished I drove out onto Gratiot & soon realize something was VERY wrong. I got out to look & discovered ONLY ONE lug nut was on my front tire. After almost getting hit twice, I called them & told them they needed to come quickly. They apologized of course, sent me with a loner while inspecting/fixing mine.
