I have been given the runaround for months about a serious transmission problem that Moran refuses to address, even though the transmission is still under warranty. It downshifts hards and makes a loud popping noise through each gear as it downshifts. The noise is loud and can be heard fro outside the vehicle. I’ve purchased four new vehicles from Moran and can’t believe how they are treating me when I’m trying to get a serious problem fixed under warranty!

I went to their service department for a diagnosis on a car issue I was having. I received the wrong diagnosis, thankfully though I took my car elsewhere so the issue was resolved.
I was in a accident 4 weeks ago (not my fault, the guy behind me slammed me into the truck in front of me), my lease was totaled. I can honestly say out of everyone in this situation you guys are the only ones that have been caring and on my side, I have never had a dealership call me just to see how I’m feeling. This is a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers ♥️♥️
My husband had a 9:30 service appointment this morning and they just took his vehicle in at 1:50. Great service! We had planned to buy a new Blazer in December when his lease is up but that won't happen.
