this is why I don't like to go to dealerships..my oil change was supposed to be free! and I ended up paying $58! plus most places I go to don't charge you to patch a tire! Moran Chevrolet did!!
I have a 2005 Chevy Venture I took it there because I have a leak in my floorboard I've rented a car for a week it cost me over $300 my appointment was for the same day I took the vehicle in at 1 a week later they still did nothing on my vehicle they called me and told me they will not look at my vehicle because it look like somebody else try to work on it they could have told me that the same day when my appointment was at 1 so now I will be seeing a lawyer about it Monday afternoon last week I ordered a part for the same v... read more
They are very shady. On my second lease vehicle in less than 1 year with Moran I was promised that my $400 disposition fee was going to be taken care of. More than a month went by after my lease and and I received a bill from Chrysler Capitol for the disposition fee. I called them first thinking they must have just been some miscommunication with Moran. They referred me to Moran where I was told by my salesman that it was never discussed. Just had the most fantastic experience! Daniel Carter was amazing! Answered all of my questions and concerns and did not push me into anything I wouldn’t be comfortable with! Would highly recommend!
brought my truck in for a intermittent noise probably break or bearing was told they test drove it didnt hear anything and said i could come get it in the paper work they say they inspected the breaks and suspension but no mention of condition like how much pad life left this is information normally given when i get an oil change i do not believe the truck even left the ground
