Stood there for 15 minutes after the receptionist called over the PA 3x for a salesman. Saw multiple on their phones texting and many walked by without a greeting or an apology for the wait. What a joke. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thanks.
I was very disappointed how I was treated yesterday when turning in my lease. The salesman didn’t even say hi and was very short with me. Apparently since I was not getting another lease he wanted nothing to do with me. I guess he forgot I still have another active lease there. So I already know now when that lease is up I will not be giving my business back to him or even the dealership.

Worse customer service ever. Everytime I have called to make an appointment it’s like I’m an inconvenience to them. Switched over to Buff - who was able to make an appointment for my recall without giving me slack on why they can’t. Moran take ownership of your customer service / service department. I won’t be back to your dealership. I’ll trade in at Buff - and grow with them.

I strongly suggest Moran Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase or lease. My wife and I had the MOST PLEASENT experience leasing our Equinox. Our salesman Dave Perala, and Tina in the finance department were AWESOME! No high pressure, very welcoming and friendly,...and showed us around the complete dealership, so when we come back for oil changes and such,....we are just as comfortable then also.GREAT JOB MORAN!!
I wanted to share my recent experience at Moran Chevrolet. George Saliba was outstanding in helping me buy a certified preowned vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to what I was searching for in a preowned vehicle. Mary Huntley the Finance Manager was extremely efficient and helpful as well. The whole process was extremely streamlined and easy. I highly recommend them both and Moran Chevrolet. I will use this dealership for purchases in the future. Thank you very much.
