The service was awful and they just want to rip people off especially since I went back twice for the same issue no results. Sad when you pay for extended warranty and get played with that too. I want be getting another Chevrolet in my future.
As a woman I have found that everyone in this dealership goes out of their way to be helpful and explain exactly what’s going on. I truly appreciate them!!

They gave me my truck back with a half flat tire and did a half assed job on the service. I had to bring it back and waste more of my valuable time. I posted my experience on Facebook so all my friends could see that you pay top dollar and get bad service at best.

Though their mechanical service is great. There customer service has not been. I had a service manager state to my face very cruel, untrue and inappropriate things without investigating or finding out more about my situation. I don’t plan on continuing services with MORAN in CLINTONSHIP. I am taking my 6 years of customer loyalty and dollars elsewhere.
