I Just found a room for my son in a shared house, took only 1 week from viewing to moving in. I found the process a bit invasive but Kaye was very helpful and responsive to messages, she gave me her mobilenumber. We didn't feel as though we were being misled as can be the case with some lettings. The place was clean and well maintained as per the photos on spare room. My son's very happy which is what really matters.
If I could give 6 stars I would. They absolutely saved me when I got locked out of my room and are so attentive
