Well I was admitted in here August 2011 what I was going through was one thing but the staff members didn’t really help either as I was highly confused and not crazy. I am not afraid of labelling certain staff members as they were all equally horrible as I was afraid and I assumed I was living in a nursing home but it was a psychiatric ward. Absolutely terrible ward. Daughter Arrived to a room that was supposedly cleaned, bedding was sodden in urine, dirty knickers on floor, blood on wall and in grate. Care is diabolical, her named nurse which she should have seen regularly wasnt anywhere to be seen for 2 weeks, then we found out she had completely filled in a questionnaire on behalf of my daughter which was completely incorrect as she hadnt actually asked her anything, she made it up. stayed there for less than a day and signed the release form the second it was handed to me. 0 privacy and too much security. wasn’t even offered water during my stay
