Made reservations, they called 10mins before I had to pick up my vehicle just to tell me there's none available, went to another store and they said the same. What's the point of making reservations if nothing is available? Vacation is ruined and of course they're not gonna make it right. Will never refer or book here again.
The entire process of picking up the vehicle and turning it in went smoothly. Mercedes and Quincy at the Ames, Iowa location were a pleasure to deal with.
Good service and a ready vehicle. Can't ask for much more.
Our college age daughter was provided a rental car from Enterprise by Progressive insurance while her car was being repaired after being hit in a parking lot while parked (Progressive was the insurance company of the person who hit our daughter's car). When she returned the car, the Enterprise employee inspected the car and said it looked good and said she would be getting her deposit back.
