Reserve a full size car and did not receive the class I reserved or bigger. They gave me smaller and when I questioned they said it was a full size. Do not like being lied to like seems to be the best practice of enterprise lately

They will do everything in their capacity to grt you a great car rental experience. They fail rarely, in my experience only 1 out of 14 times. I’ve rented with them had an issue once because of the holiday season load — understandable; near perfect service otherwise.

The staff at the Ames Enterprise were amazing every step of the way. From check-in through Return of the vehicle. They were always available to help answer questions and make adjustments to my reservation as plans changed on my vacation. Great customer service! My vehicle was in perfect condition when I picked it up and they covered all necessary information quickly and efficiently to get me on the road.
