Friendly knowledgeable staff. My check-in process took about 20 minutes. The vehicle was clean and worked flawlessly. The check-in on my return went super smooth and took maybe 7-8 minutes. I will definitely be using this Enterprise in Ames Iowa again. A 5 star rating from me
