I had a flat tyre after dropping my children off in Knaresborough, in an area I wasn't familiar with with my 4 months old daughter in the car, I felt lost and helpless when I passer by came to help. He called the local garage moorlands, a young lad came out of his way to help us, he changed my wheel to the spare and drove me to the garage to get a decent tyre, they was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Fantastic. I had been left in the lurch by National Tyres and Autocare (Halfords) who cancelled my MOT twice. The guys at Moorlands took my car at short notice to ensure I was not left without a valid MOT and accommodated an out of hours pickup and remote payment with zero issues. I was really impressed by the friendly and efficient service. Thank you!
