Excellent service. Despite having numerous staff and sickness problems, as soon as they knew that I am old and vulnerable, Moorland Fuels made every effort to get the fuel to me as soon as possible. The driver, Ryan, perservered with the access problems too, rather than just giving up as many delivery drivers would. Most importantly, he constantly kept me informed of the situation. Thank you very much.

Ordered fuel and was given a deadline delivery date of 2 weeks later, all fine. Fuel did not come by the date and upon ringing was not a priority or due to come any time soon. After 3 more days, I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Will not be using Moorland fuels ever again, not reliable at all when better service is a given elsewhere.

Promised for this Friday, but moved to ‘end of next week’. Was also more expensive than any other supplier. Went with Heltor Fuels instead (3 day delivery time).

Thank you Moorland Fuels for coming to fix my domestic oil tank monitor. Julie came out and was so helpful - she went the extra mile, not least as it was in a tricky spot to reach - yet the work was completed swiftly and all working again - thank you so much!

We were a new customer and I asked for a quote, I decided to place the order of 3500 ltrs of fuel and paid a large amount of money to secure the order. Received a phone call the following day asking me for more money as they had made a mistake and quoted me the wrong amount and would not stand by there order. I therefore cancelled the order and asked for my money back, was told this would be in my account within a couple days.
