I was in this place back in December and to this date 17 June no reports has been sent to me. I called today to find out what is happening as my sight test is soon and receptionist is telling me “ we can only finddd youuuu with your hospital number…seriously!! Last time you send me a letter was when? They send you an email to find out your appointment or change appointment.
