My doctor referred me to book an appointment with a clinic as I have had a stye on my eye for over a year. I booked Stratford moorfields due to close location as well as having the shortest waiting time of 3 months. Moorfields had cancelled my appointment 6 days after it being made. When I called the clinic today to find out why and when I would receive another date/time, a woman called Christina (patient coordinator) insinuated I was not important as there are emergency appointments that come before me. Very annoyed. I’ve had a a stye for well over 2 years and my appointments keep getting re-scheduled by 2 months. Makes it impossible to get treated. Very disappointing.
Very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and overall process. So far all my checkups have been very quick with no major queues or waits.
Disappointed with the service at Moorfield eye clinic. Staff appear to be walking up and down doing nothing. Lacking organisation and basic English. Waiting time is riddiculous and staff appear to be clueless. Errors were made on the exact copies of medications; they weren't exactly the same and the errors were obvious.
