Very poor service. So slow, too much time waste. No updates , very rude staff
Dear sir /Madam I would like to complain about your memeber of staff who works at the reception called Anita bangara at morfield eye hospital at Ealing , she works always on monday the glucoma service , she is very rude person and she treated my mum very bad who lost her vision and not feeling well , really bad experiences , ( i don't know how come you recruit ppl like this women at the reception to welcome illness customer with angry face ) !!
