Today’s staff at Moorfields Barking were polite, caring and super efficient. I am in a wheelchair and they were attentive and most patient with me. My appointment was bang on time and I was seen to and discharged within 30 minutes. Thank you!!
My experience is that the people inside the clinic are and excellent and very efficient and know what they are doing. But I found it very difficult to contact the reception personnel to change my eye appointment, It is not easy. I tried to ring everyday of the week but no one picks the fone up - very annoying!!!!
The chinise consultant has seen me today seems amatuer. He finished seeing me in 10 minutes where as with other patients he took 20-25 minutes on average. He should be more patience with the patients. And treat every one equal.
I have been coming to this Moorfields Satellite Hospital for some years now. Coming to a Satellite saves you going all the way up to London to see them there. Staff are efficient, fast and a very effective team. Sometimes there is a charity cafe open there too.
