I ordered repeat prescription. It's been a week. They haven't done anything. Very poor service. I'm not happy with it at all.
Can not fault this practice, a practice that actually gives a damn about its patients. The admin staff, Drs, Nurses are all superb, polite, professional, caring, understanding and extremely helpful. We have complex health issues and more has been done for us here than our previous 2 practices put together over the last 20 years.
I called in last Monday to ask for appt for blood tests, for symproms i have been having over 3 weeks. Apparently there are 50 tests and i cant be authorised for any until i see a dr. Ok ...so appointment made last Saturday. Told dr my symptoms and he said " what would you like us to do?" I said blood tests please. He didnt check my blood presure, temperature, water or anything else that should be done routinely. I thought i may have a kidney infection, but he never tested for this either. It's such a shame that this practice is bad. The clinical staff are really nice and do genuinely care, the issue here unfortunately is with the admin side of things. It really is bad! If this was a proper business that had to streamlined and organised it would have gone bankrupt some time ago. That said the place is clean and the facilities are good.
