My daughter who is Deaf desperately wanted to cycle to school so we bought a follow me to attach to my bike but when it came I realised it was way beyond my skills to fix it! I took to Mark who spent hours working out how to do it and charged us far too little. We couldn’t be happier with the service and our follow me. Thank you Mark!
I had a fantastically easy experience at Moore Cycles Teddington today (Saturday 3/5). Both men who helped me out were true gentlemen helpful and friendly. I especially liked that they were honest about what my bike needed not trying to sell me things I didn’t need yet and fixed the puncture in double quick time. I left glad I’d given them my business. What a pompous shop! My face obviously didn't fit, is it because I have tattoos? I asked the operations manager about buying an electric bike he was completely disinterested. I explained to him my motorbike was stolen from Teddington school where I work, he showed zero empathy and was completely unhelpful. Thank you to the friendly and fantastic team at Moore’s Cycles, who, at very short notice disassembled my mountain bike, packaged it up with great care and attention so I could ship it on a flight. Arrived safe and sound
