Very nice and helpful and all know what they're talking about.
A fairly typical bike shop experience sadly, staff seemed disinterested and did the bare minimum, quite patronising. Oh well, Amazon it is.....

Incredible Service – Highly Recommend! Moore’s Cycles were fantastic! The team did an amazing job servicing my wife’s bike – it’s running smoother than ever – and they also fitted a beautiful basket that she absolutely loves. The attention to detail, friendly service, and quality of the work were all top notch. You can tell they really care about what they do. Huge thanks to the team – we’ll definitely be coming back!
