RecommendedJust bought my new renegade from Moore and they were by far the easiest to deal with sales people.
Horrible Service department customer service. I showed up just before 1pm and spoke to someone (manager) about an oil change they said it would be around 45 minutes. Then someone else does the paperwork and said if you want to wash it then 45 minutes more I tell him no don't worry since I am a little rushed on time due to picking up kids from school. Well 1:30 minutes later my Jeep is still not in for the oil change so I ask how much more time since I have to leave. They say your next so about 20 minutes. Well 30 minutes lat... read more

Beware stay away there service department is the absolute worst I have ever been in the service adviser is a complete ass if I see him on the street OMG no joke!!!!!!!
I saw my car online (used) and it was $5000 below KBB... I went to the dealership and it was marked $2000 higher. Rick (our salesman) dropped the price to the website price and made the purchase easy and enjoyable (including Starbucks coffee!) Love the deal, love my car! Thanks Rick!
