My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick C Nelson, Jr yesterday, who greeted us out by the 2017 Chrysler Pacificas as we set off the anti theft alarm in one of the vehicles. He listened to my needs and did a very thorough professional job of walking us through the buying process from start to finish. All the staff at Moore Chrysler Jeep were friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
I had an appt.for a basic oil change now mind you they had all my info on the car since I had purchased it there in April however they did not have the filter had to have it delivered.long story short I was there for almost 4 hrs I was told my oil change would be 69.95 and when I got my bill it was over a 100.00 unbelievable

I would love to share a story regarding my experience....however it has been a week....I have spoken with Courtney, Chelsea, message left for Keith, Jocelyn and one other fortunate soul I didn't get a name of so that I could include them in this post. Everyone needs to talk to someone different and "PROMISES" they will get back to you within the hour. I was sent here on a recommendation and what I will tell you is do yourself a favor and go see Tim at Avondale Jeep...they WANT your business.
From the moment we walked into the dealership Josh treated us with the utmost respect. No pressure, good information and great understanding of our needs. It took us three weeks before we decided to purchase our Hyper green Jeep and when we finally decided it was a go everyone at Moore made the experience as painless as possible. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealer. We Love our Jeep!
Very poor customer service / lack of communication and rude 'courtesy shuttle' driver who recommends that I "get my vehicle & never return!"
This is an incredible place to buy a Jeep! It is an absolutely nerve racking experience to help your daughter by her 1st car from another state. The guys at Moore Jeep made it an easy and effortless process! They treated our daughter like family and made the entire process one she will always be able to look back on with happiness. Thanks to everyone at Moore, especially Keith in management and the great salesman Dylan Gonzales!
