Had a wonderful experience at Moore Chrysler & Jeep. Jay Johnson went out of his way to help Wife and I through the process of buying our Rubicon. Answered all questions and did not push us into anything which we had experienced at the Las Vegas dealerships. Troy was also great in the final steps of the process and explained all choices we had available to us.Jay and Troy I give you both a 5 star rating and above as you made the experience of buying a car great again. Worst service department we have experienced in years. Never going back. Ok, I have to amend this review. They kept our car a couple extra days to try and replicate the problem we were having. Unfortunately they couldn't exactly. I think we know what the problem was and I do appreciate the extra effort and the eventual loaner car we got. Went back to buy a key and have our other key programmed. Took longer than it should have but overall it worked out well.

Dealership was wonderful from point of greet to keys in hand. Went to look at a Chrysler van and was very happy with Roy Morris' bedside manner. He asked lots of questions to make sure what we could get into and did everything he could do in his power to get us a great deal and warranty. Our credit wasn't so great but we ended up getting a great price and interest rate. Troy Miller in Finance got us through the process of paperwork quickly especially with 2 fussy kids. First time experience. Brought my Crossfire in to have the TPMS reset. I was told over the phone there would be no charge for the quick procedure. Travis, in service, said the lady misspoke and there should be a charge, but he honored her word. The week previous, my wife was envolved in a. Part purchase, via a side mechanic. There was a issue with a cancellation of that order and the manager there assisted in finding a solution. Much appreciated.

I would never recommend a Chrysler Town and Country stow and go van to anyone.. We have had nothing but problems despite keeping it well-maintained.
