VERY unhappy with the sales experience here. Highly predatory. I would advise against shopping here, especially seniors. If you must shop here, take a lawyer with you. How do you give zero stars?
Not only did your sales staff IGNORE me when I walked into your dealership, your salesman that finally helped me , laughed when I explained my situation. I don't appreciate it, I would hate to assume that my age or other demographic information contributed to the treatment I received, but I have to wonder. We purchased our 2017 Jeep yesterday at Moore Chrysler Jeep. We were dreading going into the dealership because most dealers can be extremely pushy. I have to say our experience was AMAZING!! We walked out with the vehicle we wanted and the price we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Well, after 4 hrs of dealing, my son ended up with the Jeep of his dreams. A 2006 TJ with 27,000 miles. I'm pretty sure we got ripped off but that's on me, not Chrysler Jeep. My issue is, I remember, as does my son, asking, if there was a second KEY for the jeep. The sales agent said Oh Yes, it was loud and I can understand some confusion at the time (the sales agent doesn't seem to remember it that way).
