Excellent service and quality of inventories, highly recommended.
Utter sham of a company. The agency we used, used this inventory company for the check out process. They didn't compare to the check-in inventory. No way was the check-out inventory as comprehensive as the check-in inventory, which was done by another company. We lost a significant amount of the deposit we claimed for. They noted that the property was clean, when in fact it was dirty. What's the point of having it professionally cleaned, if basic cleaning is good enough for the tenant, it's good enough for me then.
