One star is too much for this company. Moonstone took over the management of our building in 2023, and were initially responsive. However, this has changed as time has passed. They do not respond to emails, and when they do the information is minimal, incorrect or unhelpful. On occasions they have breached GDPR, sending personal information of other owners on email. Moonstone Management are definitely the worst I have ever dealt with , they are not compliant with fire doors in any of the blocks they manage - steer well clear of these incompetent people , they now fit closers on the outside !!!! Really ? Shocking Company and take around 6 months to pay invoices - no block management is great but these are not even average, charge a fortune and do absolutely nothing
