DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I used to have a subscription, but gradually the quality of the wash has gone from average to dreadful purely because of very poor maintenance. Tried the £10 wash today 22/Aug/25 as there were some "maintenance" staff there (that turned out to be two cleaners from the staff at the local Costa Coffee.) The first stage, the arm went round with no output. The second stage, the water hardly worked, and when it came to the ceramic shampoo, it barely touched the sides of the car. Don’t waste your money
Subscription cancelled. Washer not working and no customer service at all. I would not recommend this service. 13 August and still not working and no reply to emails. 3 more days until I cancel. 10 August 2025, still not working. Been a loyal subscriber since 2023 and the customer service is appalling. I will be cancelling if it's not working next week Update August 2nd 2025. Update 7 August 2025. The washer is still not working but the monthly subscription keeps coming out. No response to email. Update August 2nd 2025.
