Had an issue. Phoned the company, e-mailed and sent messages on social media and got no response. The wash stopped part way through and we had to pull the wheel scrubbers away from the car to drive out.
Car wash malfunctioned and took £20 from me, when tried contacting customer service they left me ringing for 3 minutes, would’ve been longer is I had of stayed on the line. Dumped the responsibility onto the KFC staff who have had no training at on the Car wash. Was give 2 free car washed as an apology for the malfunctioning do after I’ve had those two free washes never using it again. i recently used this Car Wash and the was results were spot on! Definitely would use again! i feel as if some of you forget that this is a touchless car wash without the usual brushes and the wash results may not be as perfect as a car wash with brushes 🤷♂️
Stay clear. I lost £10 and never got the car washed. It said the function was not available, But did not give me the option to use one of the other washes. I have emailed the company twice with no response and also phoned to be told that the lady would speak to her manager who was in a meeting. I haven’t heard anything. I would use another car wash.
You have to get the subscription, it’s not 100% the best first time wash, but if you go 2-3 times a week it does keep ontop of your car, and being brushless it’s perfect for me with a black car, no swirl marks After a fair few months of being an unlimited subscription member I can tell you DO NOT JOIN UP it rarely works, I’ve had months where I’ve gotten maybe 2 washes as it’s been broken so often! And the complaints team never get back to you, awful terrible company!!!
