Took my money, instruction lights didn’t work… went into wash cycle without my vehicle in it! Called number to get money back, no reply, thieves!
When I payed the £10 I got into car drove forward and the machine had already started so I had to reverse out I thought I might of been to close so tried it again same thing happened machine started befit I got in car waste of £18 phoned but no answer I let it ring from ashington to cramlington no answer
Had an issue. Phoned the company, e-mailed and sent messages on social media and got no response. The wash stopped part way through and we had to pull the wheel scrubbers away from the car to drive out.
