My work trailer broke a rim this morning so I ran to Moody's with a new rim. Telling them I was in a bind, they immediately jumped on the job of putting my tire on the new rim. It was obviously busy there this morning but they could sense the urgency of me getting back to work. So about 5 mins later they threw my new rim and tire in the back of my truck and told me they know I'm in a hurry, and there's NO CHARGE! Amazing. Customer service at the highest level.
These guys are hopping. I've been here for a couple of hours getting tired, all I have seen is great customer service

Moody's is the best! Someone said they called the business at 6:30 a.m. and they didn't answer, but honestly what business answers the phone at 6:30 a.m.? These guys fixed my suspension yesterday and they did an excellent job. I know it was a pretty serious issue, but they really took time to evaluate and give me a price that was fair.
