Customer service So far, honesty as to what needs to be done or does not need and all over condition of vehicle as sound for travel.
I would say that their service to my 20 year old Buick Century has been great. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were getting in bad condition. And they took very good care of the problems. I've been a customer for a long time, and can't say enough about the customer service, was treated with respect.
They can diagnose & fix regular maintenance problems. They r timely & can have the repair done as promised! Very reliable, will stay on schedule.
I recently posted a review about being unsatisfied with my visit to Moody’s. After the review was seen by the owner he contacted me to discuss my experience. The owner, Jimmy, was very kind to reach out to me and try to make things right. He was very apologetic and his wonderful customer service makes up for the bad experience I initially had.

Had a small tire leak. They got me in & out in 15 minutes. We have been going to Moodys for over 30 years They are professional. Friendly. And do great work.
They are thorough and extremely pleasant to work with!
Moody’s Tire is about as “Franklin” as you can get. Great people, great service. Highly recommend!!!!!
