I can strongly recommend Moody’s in Franklin, TN....took care of my GTO as requested and are very competitively priced for their services; very clean and comfortable customer waiting area.
Great customer service and super fast work. I stopped in on my way home from work as my tire light came on. I was unsure which tire was the issue but they fit me in despite me coming in close to closing. I will definitely go back in the future for service needs!
I was second person here on Saturday sept 16th at 6:38 am right after they open . And still at 7:39 am I've yet to get my tire back all I was doing was having a 6" tube put in !! A lawnmower tire but to me it seamed that breakfast was more important to the employees !! Franklin natives that knew Mr Ed Moody !! This business has went down !! There more for quantity than quality !! Just saying !!!!
It took them four repair visits and $643 to tell me that the engine light was on because of a cracked head on the motor. I gave these people a lot of money for nothing when I should have just taken the car to the dealership. The dealership would probably have only charged me $70 and found the problem the first time. Moodys even told me it was an ignition coil. I got screwed by this company. I will never trust them again. They are terrible. This sucks!
Pathetic excuse for a tire shop.... the workers there are half brain dead and on the phone are very rude and nasty.... they do a half ass job too.
So so pleased with this company. My daughter who lives there had car trouble and I am 8 1/2 hours away. She took her car to the Brentwood location. They were understanding and honest and I was 100% confident that she was in good hands. Hard to find a car place that you trust and that are reasonable. They are both! HIGHLY recommend dealing with Moody's
The service guys that did the work was great ! But the cost and the attitude of the guys at the ser counter was unreal there answers were short and hateful and the cost was NOT what I was quoted and had on paper !! But when it was brought to there attention they acted like they didn't care !! What happened to the old franklin care about people ?? God bless MR ED MOODY this business went down hill after he left !!
Love Moody's Tire! This is our 4th set of tires we have bought over the years and every single experience has been amazing. Great pricing and incredible service!
