It’s not even worth the stress even considering this company. Our buyer used this company and when I say they have put us through hell that might just be an understatement and it wasn’t even us that used them! There is absolutely NO communication from them they ignore constantly days and days go by without any update. Pushed for us to be ready to exchange for a certain date and then wasn’t ready themselves. Totally let down by Montrose. Delay after delay after delay, and no one takes responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Me and my partner went through hell with this firm. We had our contract sent to wrong address’, would go weeks on end without any replies or updates. We were first time buyers and yet the correspondences we received were rubbish, I had to go through documents we’d been told were “complete” only to highlight obvious mistakes.
