Update 08/07/25: Montgomery House reached out to me privately to explain what caused the error described below, it was a technical issue with how the 111 escalations are referred to them, and how they have fixed it to prevent it occurring again. I do believe that the practice should rely less on automation in handling patients, as that drives a lot of the dissatisfaction with the service, but credit where it is due, they have responded to my issue and put in a fix to resolve. I've normally had really good service but lately it does appear to have dropped off. In December I waited 2 weeks for a sick note that i only needed to cover an extra week, by the time it arrived, it was too late :( i submitted a sample for testing in March, at the request of hospital and GP but still haven't received any results and non are shown on my NHS app. These tests are meant to show if i still needs meds for my pancreas damage. Told by the vet, due to an illness my cat has, to contact my GP as it is transmissible to humans. I start showing symptoms, so call NHS 111. Told by 111 to speak to my GP within 2 hours at 9:30. Get a text from MH saying I will get a call in a 2 hour window, starting from 12 noon. My wife calls at 5 asking what's happening, where she is assured I will still get a call. Less than 10 mins later, get a text from MH saying they "have reached our safe capacity" and to call 111 or attend A+E. Almost feels like I am being punished ... read more

Seems all the electronics are desined not to give a service. All I got phoning every 20mins all last afternoon was an answerphone. I got help on line but they take up to 28days to reply. Next morning I got through to a message saying how good their new internet service was. I eventually got to general enqiries and even though I was first in queue and I have been waiting about 10 mins, no one has answered. Definitely the worst hospital in the UK. Service is poor and unprofessional. They lost a sample for an important test and then after i remade it they keep saying they cant find my records, like i never been there. Unbelievable
