0 stars if I can give. The women picked up the phone and hung up. I then asked 311 to transfer my call. She finally answered the phone. I asked why she didn't want to answer the phone and I asked her name. Without giving me her name, she hung up immediately. She is the same person always say I don't know to every question. She should be removed in my opinion.
I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. Why? They HAVE NO SERVICES! I would love to know how much funding this department has. They obviously have the money is for salaries to pay for employees who.... Hmm. There's the problem. They have the funding to pay themselves and nothing else. Their office is real pretty, they make good money, nice hours, and benefits. It's great. Very poor service
The absolute minimally helpful they can be. I work in 2 other counties and have regular contact with the respective dept of aging's- I can confidently say that the seniors and individuals with disabilities in Montgomery co are provided an incredible disservice by having this agency be their contact. Very unfortunate and hopefully they can do better.
