UPDATE: I actually called them about one of the services they claim to offer - they have a TV ad now! - but my request was met with the nastiest woman on earth telling me, "call Verizon!" Thank God they have such amazing help! (Said no one.) **************** I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. Why? They HAVE NO SERVICES! 0 stars if I can give. The women picked up the phone and hung up. I then asked 311 to transfer my call. She finally answered the phone. I asked why she didn't want to answer the phone and I asked her name. Without giving me her name, she hung up immediately. She is the same person always say I don't know to every question. She should be removed in my opinion.
I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. Why? They HAVE NO SERVICES! I would love to know how much funding this department has.
