One star for my spa experience with my massage therapist only. Hotel is beautiful, parts of the spa are very nice. But the $200 my man spent on my massage was shameful. Jose was my therapist, I was there yesterday, as a massage therapist myself he wasn’t properly trained at all. Zero pressure like I requested, oiled me up, technique was all over the place... Very nice hotel with lovely views. Great customer service. It's not kid friendly. Guess it's an excuse to return again. Room service was extremely swift. Will definitely return.
We have come here for a conference for 5 years now. The people have always been extra friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable and the location is excellent. There are activities in both directions of the hotel.
Amazing views of the water from the rooms. Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommend.
