Best staff all around. From the front desk manager who upgraded my room and made sure the room was available when I arrived early to the Bell men and check in staff and even the folks in Scooners. The special touches with the weather cards and organizing my room in bed turning down are all amazing. The staff all done superior job. I left my glasses in the car, the bell man retrieved them. Great location. Beautiful, elegant lobby and terrace with fabulous ocean view. The rooftop jacuzzi is great but we were disappointed the fireplace wasn't lit. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bathroom was beautiful. Don't understand why they don't have blankets on the bed during the winter, but they brought us some when we asked. Overall happy and we'll be back.
Beautiful hotel, unbelievable views from your room. Woke this morning and witnessed seals, otters, and dolphins all playing just out our window. They leave binoculars in your room ! No need to bring those. Great walking distance to everything you could possibly want from Monterey.
The best Hotel in Monterey with an excellent Restaurant and an amazing ocean view
All around fantastic. Staff were great & rooms very nice. This is my second time stay. Looking forward to another stay come summer. Thank you.
stayed 1 night ..fully paid days before we got there but got charged again( spa fee) this morning when we checked out ....don't get that ?????? what going on mister/miss manager ...need an answer for that . By the way paid in full with Visa card days before we got there. Need explanation ....you got my contact number ty
I loved everything about this hotel. The service was exemplary, the view unmatched & after trying a few different restaurants in town we gave up & had the remainder of our meals at the hotel as the food was delicious. They were comapssionate regarding my food allergies & accommodated my needs to the letter. The location was near everything we wanted to visit. I'm counting the days until we can return!

Gorgeous hotel. We have loved our stay here. The restaurant could be better- more GF options would have made everything excellent. Overall very good. Hope to stay here again.
