Phenomenal property literally on the water overlooking Monterey Bay. Sit on your balcony and watch the playful sea otters or sleep peacefully with the sound of crashing waves right outside your door.

I have to say I'm so impressed! After the review I posted following our first night the staff took immediate action. Their attention to our issue was taken serious and we were accommodated appropriately. First night down of our four night stay and I'm so disappointed. I was not expecting to sleep on such a firm mattress. The room description stated plush beds. This bed doesn't even have a topper to make it somewhat soft!
