I have not stayed here buy have dined here and walked throughout the property. The attention to presentation and hospitality is the ideal standard to show warmth and welcome to their guests as I had noticed as I walked through out the lobby and observed. The staff gives a 5 star rating in terms of customer service and guest relations and not just to hotel customers but everyone passing by in general. Everything was nice.. .massage was amazing but it was my boyfriend and my first massage and spa experience, our bath jets weren't working and it wasnt too bubbly so it was kinda just like an oversized bath at home, feel like they could have at least offered more chocolate covered strawberries or champagne that came in the $330 package...just saying...
We held a leadership summit here and had 17 people in. Facilities, food, staff and overall accommodations were absolutely awesome! Great job!
