There’s a couple of points I’d like to make. First, my apology was sincere. I went straight to your server & spoke with her about what you told me. She didn’t hear your request for the 6.75 lunch special to be made with beef. The cooks were correcting you order, I cancelled it per your request. I must point out that all lunch specials carry a substitution charge. I also must say that I DID COMP YOUR MEAL.
