I was in the ER a couple of weeks ago and was treated like 💩 Monte North in the Bronx, NY. They even gave my son the wrong meds. Went to Jacobi Hospital and they treated me and my son like king a and queen. I was so grateful. Jacobi took care of him as if he was there only pt. As I walked around I notice all the PT were treated the same way. MN needs to close down. Very disappointed 😔 bc thats where I had all 3 of my kids. It was a great hospital when it was Our Lady of Mercy. Now I will never go back.
Unless you want to wait more than 3 hours in the waiting area I do not recommend this place.
Great for cardiology, cancer and children’s hospital is the very best
Hell no, I don’t recommend this place. Unless you want to sit in the ER waiting room FOR HOURS even if you’re there with something that can cause SERIOUS bodily harm and even kill you, DO NOT GO THERE. This place is RIDICULOUS and it’s the first hospital I’ve ever been to where I felt DIRTY in there. The waiting room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty! It’s just horrible. GET IT TOGETHER MONTEFIORE!!

This has been my Hospital since 2006. Even though I was in the emergency room for 24 hours. The physicians and RN’s were very accommodating. I was admitted and scheduled for gallbladder surgery. Everything went well. Also, I had knee replacement surgery last year at their Wakefield Campus with the same professionalism from their staff. I give it 5+ stars.
Not at all good but I understand that many hours of work make anyone unfriendly but then that the nurses look for another job and leave this job to anyone who does.
RecommendedOn 12/28/18, I never expected to go into Montefiore Hospital the Doctor said that I had Preeclampsia so they admitted me. The next day I went into Labor and Delivery feeling so much pain had my baby!!! Thank you Wakefield staff for your prayers, love and care during my time of delivery IT WAS SUCCESSFUL !! The view and cleanliness of my room was great! #334 South I would recommend this room the next time I come🤗🤗 Thank God all is well with me and my daughter
