I have been attempting to get care for acute pain since 11:30am. The doctors here have no idea what the other is doing. I’ve asked to speak to the attending and was told he is unavailable. I asked to see an administrator and I’m still waiting going on an hour. It is evident that they don’t take patient pain seriously nor patient care. I will most likely sign out AMA
The emergency service is appalling. Siting with my son, high fever, crying headache, throwing up, still that does not count as emergency. To top it up no service but plenty of paper work, when my kids uses Montefiore clinic.
My heart is racing and I don’t know why. I hate going to the doctor I guess. Smdh.

Dr. yang (if I got his name right) was very curteous, kind, respectful as were the assistants. they even made me laugh through half the uncomfortable procedure, making it way more passable. very appreciative. the wait however was a little much. I did come in 40 minutes early for a 9am appointment but i wasnt seen until after 10am. other than that no issues.

Recommendedit is at the top of cancer care. the staff is caring and kind. very understanding. doctors have phenomenal bed side manner and are with you throughout the entire process. I dont trust any other hospital for cancer care outside of Sloan Kettering and montefiore. if you need top notch care come see the oncology team here at Moses campus.
