RecommendedMy husband Greg and I love Montavilla. Brett and Jason have been exceptionally nice. They have gone out of their way to help us in one type of problem or another. Greg began sewing in his mid 60's and has received friendly/professional care in class, purchase and repair. We have purchased several new and used machines and accessories from Montavilla. If you want to sew, buy a machine here and get the training and support you need. Great company and superior staff. Thank you to everyone.
RecommendedI've been a customer of Montavilla Sewing since 2009. I've made a few in-person visits, but most of my dealings have been through phone. Customer service is absolutely superb, specifically Theresa. I've also had many dealings with Jason - always helpful and professional (Brett too!).
RecommendedThey're like family. These are trying times we are going thru and Montavilla Sewing figured out a way for their customers to keep on sewing and be safe also. I've made trips to drop off machines, pick up supplies, and even buy a machine without having direct contact with anyone. I'm very thankful for them and so glad they could find a way to stay open for all their customers. Thank you.
