RecommendedRepair was timely with friendly customer service.
Had a great experience. When my machine wouldn't make a buttonhole, one of the instructors met with me to make sure it wasn't user-error. It wasn't, so I left the machine for repair. Both the gentleman at drop-ff and the one at pick-up were extremely nice and helpful. At pick-up, he even carried it to my car. While checking out, the cashier let me know there was a coupon I could use to save 20%, which was a nice surprise. Overall, everyone is helpful and kind beyond measure.
Great customer and repair service. I have purchased 2 sergers and 1 embroidery/sewing machine from Montavilla. Knowledgeable staff and terrific classes. I've also attended a few of their events and they were awesome. Please check them out when considering purchasing or having your current machine repaired or just tuned up. They stand behind their service. You will not be disappointed.
The Moore family of sewing stores has been my go to for all things sewing, service and education for over 45 years. I love their helpful staff, their integrity and commitment to customer service. Repair prices are the best, service is correct
I needed an easy-to-use serger (my Huskylock was not!) so went to Montavilla in Beaverton. They helped me select an awesome Babylock serger and gave me a small trade-in allowance. Their service has been exceptional!! The bad thing about going there is seeing all of the other awesome machines that I want.
Friendly and competitive...they stand behind their products and go the extra mile when needed. I had repeated issues with a machine for over a year and Finally, at my suggestion, they did replace the machine and there was no hassle. This was my second purchase from them in about 6 years (I decided to upgrade) and if I decide to upgrade again, I’ll go back.
Montavilla has very knowledgeable and helpful people and fun hands-on classes.
