I love Montavilla Sewing. They are fair in their pricing and great in customer service. Recently, I was in a fabric store and overheard a couple of ladies talking about problems they were having with their machine. I mentioned that I couldn't but overhear their conversation. Montavilla Beaverton is my go to sewing store. Their customer service is hands down the best of any sewing stores in the area. Knowledgeable staff, always very helpful.

I love Montavilla Sewing Centers! I bought my first serger and embroidery machines from them. I have upgraded my machines and always buy from Montavilla. I love the free classes so I can gain confidence in using my machines. They have been great at servicing my machines too. I live on the coast and they are so kind to let me bring my machine in for servicing and getting it back quickly. Montavilla is the only store I need to meet all my sewing needs!
Took my machine to them for it's 1 year maintenance, great friendly, courteous and helpful staff. They made sure I had it back before the pandemic closed the store. I'll never go anywhere else.
