Simply the Best! They are soooooooooooo awesome and extremely nice! Their sales team is very knowlegeble (I delt with Shelley, Ryan and Jason) and the office staff is quick and friendly (Anna)! The service department is very good (Chris fixed my machine and it works fine) I strongly recomend you buy your sewing machine from them, they always have the BEST prices and the BEST service!

I love Montavilla Sewing. They are fair in their pricing and great in customer service. Recently, I was in a fabric store and overheard a couple of ladies talking about problems they were having with their machine. I mentioned that I couldn't but overhear their conversation. Montavilla Beaverton is my go to sewing store. Their customer service is hands down the best of any sewing stores in the area. Knowledgeable staff, always very helpful.
