Open to the public since 2004, Montana Grizzly Encounter invites you to watch, learn and interact with the grizzlies in a safe environment. Watch as Brutus, Sheena and Bella, the resident bears, bask in the early morning sun, and later visit the gift shop to buy a few souvenirs to remember these grizzlies by.

We visited the Encounter several days ago. Bella entertained us, but Brutus was pouting and hid behind a big rock. Silly bear. Our first visit and I enjoyed it a lot.

Were blessed by getting to see the world famous "Brutus" when we visited last August which we enjoyed very much ❤️ Brutus was only 2 weeks old when he was rescued; he's 17y now. Very good educational part on how to deal with bear encounters in the wild!

Wonderful organization! The folks here do such amazing work to help these bears. We get an annual pass every year and have started purchasing passes as gifts. Very educational and fun. Definitely worth the time and money!
