Last night while sitting in section 105 in the new RIT arena, seeing Monroe Wheelchair's sign, it reminded me how fortunate we were to be doing business with a vendor who is so community minded and customer centric. Over the years Monroe has supported so many events, so many organizations, and have come to our rescue more than once. Great sales, service, customer care.

My sister and I have been on the internet for weeks trying to find medical supplies for my brother in law. A friend of mine gave me a business card for Monroe Wheelchair. I started out as a customer of Monroe Surgical many years ago, where Is purchased my first wheelchairs as a youngster including a custom made Ortho Kenetic wheelchair, and we have continued our relationship with what is now Monroe Wheelchair. After we recently moved into a smaller townhouse, I had to purchase a smaller bathtub lift, as there wasnt enough space for a traditional Hoyer lift, so Lee Kelsey set me up with a "Sure Hands" sliding lift.
