RecommendedSales and technical staff who come to home were very nice. I would suggest they explain the cost of options and the timeframe it takes to complete the order. Otherwise it will was a good experience.

Knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, friendly, resourceful, etc, etc. They come to the house, they will see me at their place, always with a smile, they treat me like a friend. They're not perfect but in the world of DME nothing is and Monroe makes the entire process much better than it would be otherwise. Thanks.
They were helpful at first. Ron, the salesguy came out to my house to measure my husband for a wheelchair. It took less than 10 minutes. We had spoken with ron about what we needed with the chair. My husband completed the required pt appointment and we were told that insurance approved it. The timeline of receiving the chair was by the end of august, beginning of september. I called the last week of august and spoke to a "justin" who said he didnt know when it would be here but it would be soon. He was very rude and nasty. T... read more

Thanks to the Rochester Monroe Wheelchair I was visiting my sister this past weekend and broke my power chair 🔌 and my chair wouldn’t charge so I called them this am and they said come over so I did and the helped me get a new one thanks Justin
Joe at Monroe was top notch help in getting the best wheelchair Mom is so much comfortable I wish all the folks at a nursing home could have these wheelchairs so they don’t have to slump over so much Very pleased with it!!
