Brought my cousin in to get a scooter for Christmas, they told us to schedule an appointment. Going somewhere else.
They are amazing! They jump on repairs right away unlike other places in the Rochester community.
Would give them a 0 as a rating if I could!!! Nothing but a headache every single time dealing with them!
We have had a fantastic experience with Monroe! Dave and Chris all worked with us to make sure my daughter was fitted with the best hand cycle for her. Even though we were presented with equipment availability obstacles, all involved approached the obstacles professionally and promptly. The time spent on my family fitting my daughter is valued and we all agree that the payoff is monumental and exponentially valuable! I can only state my experience from the Latham office, but if you can, stay away from these people like the plague. They're great for the first few months, but the chair i got from them is a lemon., which they now refuse to fix because I let them know, in less than a polite way, that their service sucks. Waiting over 6 weeks for batteries for a chair less than a year old is ridiculous. The funny part nearly everyone I tell this story to, already knows the company.
