I noticed you blocked my other page so I couldn’t leave this scathing review. Misrepresentation to the fullest! I waited over 6 months for a wheelchair that was completely misrepresented. I had Dave come to my house over 6 months ago to measure me for a “custom” wheelchair. My current wheelchair is a hospital style chair & is uncomfortable. RecommendedI had the worst experience with the Syracuse office but thanks to Jen answering my complaint on here... my problem was solved right away. She sent Dillon out to help fix my son’s wheelchair and he was amazing. He was innovative, creative and so helpful. You can tell he genuinely loves his job, knows the products and was willing to think outside the box in order to make a custom harness for my son. It was so impressive. Quality of goods and customer service are pretty poor. Not very responsive to phone messages left.
My son’s wheelchair was delivered on 12/6/18. We were going to refuse delivery as it did not include the 5 point harness he requires. The salesperson promised us and wrote on the delivery ticket that they owed us the 5 point harness. As of today, May 9th... 6 phone calls later.. we still have no harness and the wheelchair is not useable without it. This is a special needs child. Your company should be ashamed of itself. Excellent service! They really care about us there, everytime we call they get back to us in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in Syracuse or Rochester. They know what they are doing! Wow! what amazing fast service and kind, helpful people at a time where I was frazzled to the bone dealing with my step-daughter's serious injuries. She was released from the hospital sooner than expected so it was a scramble to get things we needed quickly. Monroe Wheelchair came through with a ramp, chair, great people, and excellent service.
