Everyone at this place is so helpful!! They are very friendly and professional!! We have been VERY pleased every time we've gone!!
The doctor and staff are amazing here. 30 minutes after my grandson arrived at this hospital they knew everything that was wrong with him and begin treating his illnesses. He is still a patient here but is rapidly improving thanks to God first and the staff here. This is the second time we've used this hospital and it will always be my first choice.
This is the greatest place ever! So friendly and will help you however they can!!
My son was diagnosed with a rare form of kidney disease by Dr. Hunley at Vanderbilt after he was miss diagnosed for 6 months by several doctors in my hometown. We went to the er at Vanderbilt to get a second opinion and within 5 minutes of Dr. Hunley checking my son out he knew exactly what was wrong with him. It has been almost 4 years since he was diagnosed and he still struggles with the disease but Dr. Hunley and the staff at Vanderbilt go above and beyond to take the very best care of my son. My 7-year old granddaughter was there for a facial abscess! The care was excellent! I cannot say enough nice things about the care we received! Thank you!
God bless the men and women here. We came in with fear and confusion for our little boy after a terrifying ordeal. We were met with kind hearts and even kinder words. They kept us informed of everything and made sure we were ok as well. I have never been in a better children's hospital. Thank you to every single staff member for all you do.
I would highly recommend this hospital to so many parents with special needs kids or "normal" children. The staff here is amazing they have explained everything the whole way through this scary time in my 2 year olds life. They have been in her room in less than 30 seconds if something isn't right. I would like to thank a nurse named Cathy on the 7th floor for being so kind and understanding of this whole event. I went in for a chest xray for my daughter who has been dealing with episodes of SOB and my xray tech Elliot was awesome and king and made our experience there a little less stessful and I was very thankful for that.
We love Monroe Carroll! Wonderful staff and they are the best!
